Golf Management Group

Golf Management Group is in the business of golf course turfcare management and consulting and the turfcare management of the athletic fields for a growing list of schools, colleges and municipalities.

GMG is a subsidiary of Edwin B. Raskin Company which began its golf course management activities in 1981.

Our golf course management clients include:

• Country Hills Golf Course
• Bluegrass Country Club
• Old Hickory Country Club
• Farm Lakes/Riverside Golf Courses

Additionally, since 1997, GMG has served as a consultant to the Metro Parks Department for its seven golf courses. Our services included management of the grow-in phase of construction at the Vinny Links facility for young golfers.

GMG’s athletic turfcare services consist of consulting, project management, construction and specialized maintenance activities including aerification, top-dressing, fertilization and weed and insect control.

At Pope John Paul, II High School we were athletic field project consultants involved in the design and construction phases and managed the turf grow-in phase. GMG is performing the same services for the new Ensworth High School.

GMG is a licensed contractor whose chief operating officer is a Certified Golf Course Superintendent with a degree in Plant and Soil Science.
